Central Park Orchards has an excellent record of producing premium quality pears, plums and apricots bound for Australian supermarket shelves, with some select varieties shipped internationally. The 2025 harvest produced 11,700* bins of fruit, consisting of 72% pears, 25% plums and 3% apricots.

Soil type for the site is predominantly "Brown Goulburn Loam", and the region benefits from temperate climate and average annual rainfall in the vicinity of 440.5mm*.
